DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS/RECRUITMENT- CLARITY

A Boston native turned New Yorker with over a decade of professional experience in NYC, Serena began her career in recruiting right after graduating from Dickinson College. After building experience for 4 years – first on the agency side and then in-house at AOL, Serena branched out to the world of PR and communications. She has since held roles at L’Oreal, Group SJR, and Brew Media Relations, which sharpened her skills as a service-oriented professional. Her unique blend of experience provided exposure to a wide range of company cultures – an element she finds to be of utmost importance while job-searching! Serena returned to recruiting in 2015 and joined the Clarity team to leverage her client-service skills while pursuing her true passions for helping people navigate their career paths, examining corporate cultures and delivering top talent to top companies.

In her spare time, Serena enjoys networking, exploring NYC, traveling, challenging herself to cook new creations from her weekly CSA (her husband is a chef, so she’s always learning new tricks!), and training for marathons – she’s got 5 under her belt including New York and Boston.

Tiffany Dyba is a dedicated career coach and consultant based in New York City. She enjoys helping
people realize their professional calling, and works with organizations to identify and attract top talent so they can effectively grow their business. As a career coach, Tiffany helps her clients navigate career changes and transitions so they feel fulfilled and enjoy success at work. Tiffany uses a mix of hands-on
techniques and customized goal setting strategies to help each client she works with achieve their aspirations. As a consultant, Tiffany offers her wisdom and experience to help each company she works with attract, retain and manage top talent. She educates businesses about best practices, develops tailored hiring solutions, and provides interview training. Prior to her work as a coach and consultant, Tiffany spent more than a decade working in recruitment across industries such as healthcare and fashion for well-known companies like Burberry and Tiffany & Co.

SENIOR RECRUITER- CRITEO

Lindsey has always been a fly by the seat of your pants, go where the wind blows kind of woman! Growing up in Virginia, she went to college in Tennessee (Go Vols!) and Pennsylvania, graduating from the University of Scranton, followed up with a stint in Florence, Italy, then to Alabama (yup), finally finding her resting place in New York! Lindsey's career path has been a mix of finance and recruiting, where she has worked with investment management firms like Capital Group - how she got connected with Emily and Six Degrees, on the agency side with Clarity LLC, freelanced with Birchbox and is now a Senior Recruiter with Criteo and sits on the Diversity&Inclusion Leadership Team. Outside of work, Lindsey volunteers with GMHC's (Gay Men's Health Crisis) Buddy Program, enjoys catching the train to Long Beach on Saturdays, loves audio books - currently listening to Yes We STILL Can, by Dan Pheiffer, and cocktailing around this beautiful city!

CEO-CLARITY

A graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business as a double major in Marketing and Human Resource Management in 2001, Moira’s first job out of college serendipitously was at Clarity. Moira has ascended rapidly to Managing Partner where she oversaw all aspects of Clarity Staffing operations, recruiting, business development and marketing. Her sound judgment and unique ability to relate to people make her consistently sought out for advice by candidates, clients and her internal staff. Most recently, Moira achieved her dream of becoming the CEO of Clarity. She is excited about the future leading this incredible team to new heights. Moira believes happy employees do the best work and spends each day creating a culture where her team is learning and having fun synchronously.
